Anastaziya teaches regularly Thurs 12pm (45min) @ 430 Adelaide W and rotating Fri 4:15pm & 5:15pm

  • Move with weights, resistance bands and a core ball

  • Get your heart rate up, enjoy large range movement and have some fun!

  • Connect with your breath. Notice your energy levels, you decide when you need a challenge or when you need to take it easy. Gentleness goes a long way.
