A new community initiative in Leslieville focused on movement through music and the wellbeing of your muscles, heart and brain

  • What you need.

    Arrive 10min early. Liability waiver must be signed before class.

    Class is done in bare-feet. Wear comfortable clothing. Layer, be prepared to sweat.

    Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat. Sweat towel recommended.

    Classes are $15/class. If this cost is a barrier to your participation, please contact us. We welcome everyone.

  • What to expect.

    A well-rounded, low impact, high intensity workout, led to the beats of an energising playlist. Modifications provided throughout.

    We aim to leave class feeling happier, stronger, and ready to continue the day refreshed & energised.

    All levels and ability are welcome and encouraged.

  • Instructor details.

    Anastaziya is a trained and certified Barre3 fitness instructor with 35 years of dance and movement training, including professional training in contemporary dance.

    Anastaziya is committed to leading accessible, enjoyable classes full of healthy, mindful movement that will get you sweating and feeling the burn before you know it!

    Guest instructors: Kendra Teale and Kayla Hamel.

    Kendra is a trained athlete and fitness instructor. Her training is based in Long Distance Running, Power Yoga and Pilates, and she currently teach at SpinCO Leslieville. Kendra offers fierce and fun themed classes!

    Kayla has been working as a barre3 instructor for 6 years. She has a passion for physical fitness, particularly as it ties into psychological well-being, which compliments her full-time job as a psychologist. She loves a sweaty, shaky, high energy class!
